WIMU Cloud Release 2.0.37

What did we improve?

• The new Federations feature now appears in production. This will enable Federations and Leagues to visualise all session and player data (new account type of Federation Administrator), enhancing athlete performance planning and centralised monitoring while we allow automatic sharing of player and data between Clubs and National Teams that belong to a Federation.
• Users within a Club, who are at the same level or lower compared to others, will only have the capability to modify their own password, not passwords of other accounts
• To enhance account security and individualization, we've updated the User Interface for creating, editing, and viewing Clubs. The Club role is now categorised as Entity rather than Account.
• Building upon the previous point, existing Club accounts have been transitioned to Club Admin accounts. These users can still access WIMU Cloud using their existing credentials (username and password) and retain the same privileges.

What did we fix?

• Fixed an issue in the Soccer System Pro integration where the connection was not working and new sessions from the 14th January couldn’t be linked to WIMU Cloud.
• Fixed an issue in the PDF Exportation where the Repeat per Grouping (Players) mode was not working in Dashboards.

SVIVO Release 2.1.2

What did we improve?

• We have made some behind the scenes improvements to introduce more detailed crash and error reporting. This will help us identify and resolve any issues with SVIVO out in the field more quickly and efficiently.

WIMU Cloud Release 2.0.36

What did we improve?

• Accounts that receive shared-players from other Clubs are able to change the WIMU ID of these shared-players without modifying the value in the owner Club.

What did we fix?

• Fixed an issue in the WIMU API where the endpoints “lastsession” and “sessions” were returning an empty response for Trainer accounts.
• Fixed an issue in the Dashboards Sets where the Sets with Basic Set option enabled were not being created.

WIMU Cloud Release 2.0.35

What did we improve?

• Club Admin accounts now are able to use the WIMU Cloud REST API. Previously, the API was only supported for Club and Trainer accounts.

• Fixed an issue in the Club- and Team-owned Sets where the edition of them removed Dashboards created by other users.

What did we fix?

WIMU Cloud Release 2.0.34

What did we improve?

• Club Admin accounts can now change the owner of Dashboards and Sets owned by them or their Club. A new dropdown list in the Configuration of Dashboards and Sets modal allows Club Admin users to choose the owner.
• Club Admin accounts are now able to view, edit and delete the Dashboards and Sets owned by their Club. The Dashboard/Set will appear as property of the Club but can be modified by the Club Admin user.
• Trainer accounts can now change the owner of Dashboards and Sets owned by them or their Teams. A new dropdown list in the Configuration of Dashboards and Sets modal allows Trainer users to choose the owner.
• Trainer accounts are now able to view, edit and delete the Dashboards and Sets owned by their Teams. The Dashboard/Set will appear as property of the Team but can be modified by the Trainer user with access to that Team.

WIMU Cloud Release 2.0.33

What did we improve?

• New and existing users are now able to verify their WIMU Cloud accounts through their email addresses. After creating a new account, the verification email will be automatically sent to the indicated email address. For existing accounts, each user will be able to review/update the email associated with its account and request the verification email from its own Profile view. Additionally, from the Profile view, the user will be able to see if the account is unverified, pending, or verified.

SPRO Release 2.1.0

What did we fix?

• We fixed an issue preventing license codes that include special characters from being registered.

What did we improve?

• Club Admin accounts are now able to view and edit their Club’s details.
• Club Admin accounts are now able to create and edit other Club Admin accounts within their Club.

SPRO Release 2.0.2

What did we improve?

• We have implemented the licensing system (including the license system in the Mediacoach SPRO version).
• We have increased the number of the tracks that we can analyse at the same time, from 1000 to 10000.
• We have implemented the SSH compatibility for downloading new versions in Windows 11.

What did we fix?

• Fixed an issue in the Intervals Pro monitor where it was not possible to download in an Excel file the Recovery Extended and FreeJump Extended Tables. 
• Fixed an issue in the Intervals Pro monitor where it was not possible to save a profile with the acceleration extended threshold customised or a chart customised.
• Fixed an issue in the Intervals Pro monitor where the message "List index out of bounds 0" appeared when the user clicked a table with no data.
• Fixed an issue in the COI monitor where it was not possible to see all the COI in the COI Extended Table.
• Fixed an issue in the COI monitor where it was not possible to see the Frontal Left COI.

What did we fix?

• Fixed an issue in the Dashboards where some tasks within the same session would appear in separate groupings with the same date.
• Fixed an issue in the Grid widget where the Dashboard would fail to finish loading when the user deactivated a selection from the Grid widget (more than one grouping).
• Fixed an issue in the Scatter widget where the Regression lines were not displayed.

What did we improve?

• We have updated the WIMU Dashboard “Daily Report” with the following changes: remove borders, add decimals, average lines and new Chart widget.
• We have reordered the fields in the Profile tab while creating and configuring Trainer and Medical accounts.
• We have improved the visualisation of the Terms and Conditions page which must be read and accepted by new WIMU Cloud users.
• We have updated the logos and profile picture for Mediacoach users based on the new identifications of LA LIGA and its competitions.

What did we fix?

• Fixed an issue in the Sessions menu where the Visible Teams were not displayed properly the first time a new user logged in.
• Fixed an issue in the Dashboard Appearance where the background colour was not updated after modifying its configuration.
• Fixed an issue in the COI widgets where the COI EXT and COI POINTS widgets were missing their names in the configuration dialogs. 
• Fixed an issue in the Dashboard fleets where all the Acute:Chronic Data Table widgets appeared empty/broken.
• Fixed an issue in a specific custom metric (Total Real Time) that couldn’t be selected within a Vertical Filter widget.
• Fixed an issue in a specific custom metric (sRPE) that was breaking the widgets after choosing it.
• Fixed an issue in the Accounts List where the selected element was not updated after creating a new account.
• Fixed an issue in the Reset Password menu where the links were being generated with http instead of https.

WIMU Cloud Release 2.0.20 (Hotfix)

What did we fix?

• Fixed an issue in the WIMU Cloud Rest API where the “login” endpoint was returning a 500 error, which blocked users to use any other endpoint and make the requests.

• Fixed an issue in the whole application where the different functionalities (Sessions, Static Reports, Dashboards…) referenced different Player Name formats.
• Fixed an issue in the Sessions menu where users were unable to interpret truncated values in some data tabs.

WIMU Cloud Release 2.0.18

What did we improve?

• Sprint Duration metric now is hidden from Sessions view as it’s not uploading from SPRO.
• We have updated the login page to match the Hudl's identity.
• The modal and the expired link now include more information about the expiration (24 hours from generation) of the password reset link.
• We have updated the hudl.com WIMU Cloud login to redirect this to the new environment (app.wimucloud.com).

What did we fix?

• Fixed an issue in the Grid and Chart widgets where the merged groupings did not order the values properly. 
• Fixed an issue in the Dashboard links where these fleets did not load where including them into an i-Frame on an external server.
• Fixed an issue in the Daily Report where the Individual Reports had different names files when exporting them.

What did we improve?

• Users can now use Week Team and Week Match Day as groupings in filters and widgets.
• When creating/editing a Player account the user now has the ability to enable/disable WIMU Cloud Access. New Player accounts have WIMU Cloud Access disabled by default and no longer require the mandatory email and password fields which drastically improves the user experience and speeds up the creation of Player accounts.
• Password Management: password input fields now include an eye icon that allows the user to review the text input.

• Fixed an issue in the Acute:Chronic Data Table widget where the rows were not adjusted when there were a few elements in the Grid view.
• Fixed an issue in the Acute:Chronic Data Table widget where the sessions from other teams were not appearing when the Participated mode was selected.

WIMU Cloud 2.0.8

What did we improve?

Widgets

• Acute:Chronic Data Table: 
  • In Grid view users can now configure the colour of the table cell or the value (text) from inside the "Visual Map" option.
  • In Heatmap view users can now customise the date range shown in the X axis to display the date range from the dashboard or widget configuration.

Password Management

• More Secure Accounts: User accounts are now locked after 5 consecutive failed login attempts. To unlock the account a user can either manually request a superior user account from the same club to change the password or by requesting a password reset link from support.
• Password Validation: Users now see a tooltip which displays the validation required and as these are satisfied the requirement turns from red to green.

What did we fix?

• Fixed an issue in the Password Management where an error message appeared before finishing writing or saving.
• Fixed an issue in the Chart widget where after adding new variables these were not being displayed in the legend.
• Fixed an issue in the Acute:Chronic Data Table widget where the Grid and Heatmap views displayed different values.
• Fixed an issue in the Acute:Chronic Data Table widget where the Heatmap view displayed multiple data points in the same box.
• Fixed an issue in the Date Range Filter widget where Sessions from the last selected day in the range were excluded.
• Fixed an issue in the Match Day Report where the Session's header didn’t update with the filters.
• Fixed an issue in the Attributes Menu where the list of tags in text type attributes could not be sorted.

What did we improve?

• Acute:Chronic: we have documented the calculation processes for all the Acute:Chronic visualisations:
  • Acute:Chronic (widget).
  • Acute:Chronic Data Table (widget).
  • Acute:Chronic (static report).
  • Match Day Extended (static report).
• Password Management: improved security around the password reset link by requiring users to validate their username when resetting their password.

What did we fix?

• Fixed an issue with exporting the Players JSON file (SS Config) from the Team Profile.

Password Management

• More Secure Passwords: when creating/changing account passwords these must now pass more stringent validation including a minimum character length and format.
• Reset password: users now have the ability to reset or change their password via a link that is shared from the Support team.

What did we fix?

• Fixed an issue in the Chart widget where the values change when the user orders by a comparator metric.
• Fixed an issue in the Widget Tree Filter when the user adds an Acute:Chronic widget as a child of a Filter widget and the dashboard breaks
• Fixed an issue in the Dashboard List view where the dashboard thumbnails for Sets are not consistent and change when sorting columns.
