Indianapolis, IN. – The Great Lakes Valley Conference, in partnership with BlueFrame Technology, has announced that the upcoming GLVC Basketball Championship will utilize a Pay-Per-View pass system. All games from the first round to the championship games for the Men’s and Women’s Basketball Championship will be available to purchase via Pay-Per-View.
“The GLVC has partnered with BlueFrame Technology since the inception of the GLVC Sports Network (GLVCSN) in 2014. We are piloting a pay-per-view initiative for the 2022 GLVC Basketball Tournament to determine if this should be the next step in the evolution of streaming either regular season or conference championship events in the future.”, said Jim Naumovich, Commissioner of the GLVC. “This program will provide us with valuable data related to viewership numbers and generate a new revenue source to help defray the costs of hosting the tournament at a neutral site.”
Each game will be available to purchase for $15 individually, or viewers can purchase either a Men’s Basketball Championship pass or Women’s Basketball Championship pass for $35 for full access to either tournament.
